Fendy Alexis is the founder of RFP Fitness and a performance coach dedicated to restoring and refining human movement. For more than two decades, he has worked with professionals, athletes, and high-performing individuals across the United States, helping them build stronger, more resilient bodies through precise, science-based training systems.
Fendy’s work centers on a simple but powerful principle: the quality of human movement determines the quality of human performance. His methodology integrates functional movement assessment, neuromuscular training, and structural strength development to help individuals move with balance, stability, and efficiency. This approach has helped clients overcome injuries, restore confidence in their bodies, and achieve higher levels of performance in sport, work, and daily life.
At RFP Fitness, Fendy has built a training environment grounded in precision, discipline, and long-term thinking. Rather than chasing trends, the RFP system focuses on strengthening the body’s foundational structures—developing balance, coordination, stability, and strength so individuals can perform and endure at the highest level for decades.
This philosophy extends to the RFP Youth Development Program (F.A.M. – Fundamentals of Athletic Movement), where Fendy applies the same professional standards used with adult clients to the critical developmental years of middle school students. The program teaches young athletes how to control their bodies, move efficiently, and develop the strength and coordination necessary to reduce injury risk and build a lasting athletic foundation.
Through his work, Fendy is helping shape a broader vision for RFP Fitness: to establish a globally respected institution dedicated to strengthening the human structure and elevating how individuals and families understand movement, health, and longevity.
