RFP F.A.M. … we train the foundation before the specialization

F.A.M. Philosophy

At RFP Fitness, we believe the foundation of lifelong health, confidence, and performance begins with how a young person learns to move and the integrity of who is instructing them.

F.A.M. exists to guide students during one of the most important periods of physical development — the middle school years. During this stage, rapid growth often outpaces a student’s ability to control their body. As limbs lengthen and coordination temporarily declines, many young athletes experience instability, poor movement patterns, and an increased risk of injury.

Our program restores order to this developmental process.

Grounded in the philosophy that movement is the first language of the body, we teach students how to control, stabilize, and strengthen their structure through carefully designed training systems. Students learn to balance their body in multiple planes, move efficiently on one leg, accelerate and decelerate with control, jump and land safely, and build strength using progressive forms of resistance.

These skills form the structural and neurological foundation required for sports, physical confidence, and long-term musculoskeletal health.

More importantly, the program cultivates awareness, discipline, and resilience. As students gain control of their bodies, they develop confidence in their capabilities and a deeper understanding of how to care for their physical structure.

The RFP F.A.M. program reflects the broader vision of RFP Fitness — to redefine how humanity understands movement, longevity, and structural integrity. By introducing these principles early in life, we help young people build bodies that are not only capable of performing today, but resilient enough to endure for decades to come.

Student Drop-Off & Pick-Up Protocol

At RFP Fitness, the safety, structure, and professionalism of our programs reflect the same standards applied to elite training institutions. To ensure a safe and organized environment for all participants, the following Drop-Off and Pick-Up Protocol must be followed by all parents and guardians.

These procedures help us maintain order, accountability, and supervision at all times while students are participating in the RFP Youth Development Program.

Arrival / Drop-Off Procedures

Arrival Window

Students may arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the start of the session.
This allows the coaching staff time to prepare the training space and safely welcome participants.

Students arriving earlier than the designated time cannot be supervised by RFP staff.

Check-In Process

Upon arrival:

  1. Students must check in with an RFP coach or program staff member.

  2. The coach will confirm the student on the daily attendance roster.

  3. Students will then proceed to the designated waiting area until the session begins.

Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Until the student has been checked in with an RFP staff member:

  • The student remains under the direct supervision of the parent or guardian.

  • Parents should ensure students arrive ready to participate in athletic clothing and appropriate footwear.

Program Supervision

Once a student has checked in:

  • The student is under the supervision of RFP coaching staff for the duration of the session.

  • Students are not permitted to leave the designated training area unless accompanied by an RFP coach or staff member.

Pick-Up Procedures

Pick-Up Window

Parents or authorized guardians should arrive promptly at the scheduled end time of the session.

Students will be dismissed only when a parent, guardian, or approved pickup contact is present.

Authorized Pick-Up List

At registration, parents must provide:

  • Names of individuals authorized to pick up the student

  • Contact phone numbers

RFP staff will release students only to individuals listed on the authorized pick-up form.

If an unfamiliar individual arrives for pick-up, staff may request photo identification.

Late Pick-Up Policy

RFP maintains structured supervision schedules to ensure program quality and safety.

If a student is not picked up within 10 minutes of the session end time:

  1. RFP staff will attempt to contact the parent or guardian.

  2. Students will remain supervised in the designated waiting area.

If late pick-ups occur repeatedly, RFP may implement a late supervision fee to cover additional staffing.

Early Pick-Up

If a student must leave early:

  1. Parents must notify RFP staff prior to the session when possible.

  2. Parents must check out the student directly with a coach or staff member.

Students may not leave the program area without direct staff acknowledgement.

Student Self-Dismissal (Fen create a check box where parents can select self dismiss)

For safety reasons, students are not permitted to leave independently unless:

  • A Self-Dismissal Authorization Form has been completed by the parent or guardian.

Self-dismissal may only be approved for students of appropriate age and maturity at the discretion of RFP staff.

Safety and Accountability Standards

To maintain a safe environment:

  • Students must remain within the designated training area

  • Students must follow all coach instructions and program rules

  • Parents must maintain accurate contact information on file

These procedures allow RFP Fitness to maintain a structured, professional, and safe environment for all participants.

Commitment to Excellence

RFP Fitness is committed to delivering a youth development experience that reflects the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and care.

Our structured procedures allow coaches to focus on what matters most:

helping students build strength, coordination, confidence, and lifelong movement skills.
